The Dolphin ER Collet Chuck Adaptor is designed for the Dolphin ER collet chucks for use with the Dolphin CNC machines. The adaptor allows you to use a standard ER-16 collet chuck on your Dolphin machine.
The adaptor is made from high quality hardened steel and it has been surface ground after heat treatment which gives it a surface finish of better than 0.025 mm roughness average over the surface of contact area.
The adaptor has two sets of holes along its length to allow you to torque it onto the spindle using either set of holes or both sets together.
