Material composition:-
Body:- Semi steel bodies are manufactured from high tensile grade 25 cast iron hardness 180-210Bhn
Jaws:- jaw are made of law carbon case hardened steel and hardened in mordern heat treatment plant. hardness 50-60HRC
Scroll:- scroll plates are manufactured from forged wear resistant alloy steel hardened 40-45HRC
Pinion:- pinions are made of case hardening alloy steel. hardened 40-45HRC
